Bingara is fast becoming the Conference Centre of the North West. The Imperial can comfortably cater for up to 30 people.
Conference Room
The conference room is provided free of charge and full catering can be provided on request, ranging from tea and coffee with light refreshments to gourmet sandwiches or main meals. On the completion of your meeting you are welcome to dine in other areas of the hotel.
Beer Garden
The barbeque area is another very popular “space” used primarily for less formal functions. It can accommodate larger parties than elsewhere in the hotel. The Imperial is renowned for their steaks, as is Erik who cooks them to perfection! – Just ask the locals.
Every week local clubs, organisations and businesses take advantage of the range of facilities offered by The Imperial, because Erik and Noelene go above and beyond what you would expect, to accommodate any function. Last year’s Pink Ribbon Breakfast which raised funds to donate to the Cancer Council NSW for Breast Cancer awareness and research., it a prime example. The Imperial was transformed into a sea of pink.
Events such as this saw Erik and Noelene recognised for their contribution to Bingara when they were jointly named the Australia Day Citizens of the Year 2008.

The Top Veranda
Like the conference room the top veranda is an excellent venue for functions and private parties, especially on balmy evenings when the breeze envelops the entire area. With a great view of the entire main street the veranda is an ideal meeting place.
